Terms and Condition
At Get Paid Solutions we have the responsibility of protecting each and every client and to provide them with the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to ensure these obligations are met and are intended for all domains residing on our servers. Get Paid Solutions will be the sole arbitrator in determining what are and what are not violations of our provisions. We reserve the right to append, update, or modify these terms of use by simply posting changes, updates, or modifications on this page at any time. Any such change will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Services provided by Get Paid Solutions may not be used for illegal purposes (transmission, storage, promotion, or presentation of any information in violation of any United States Federal or State laws). This includes, but is not limited to using copyrighted material without permission, . All clients agree to indemnify and hold Get Paid Solutions immune from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the client or any other party. |

Prohibited Content
Certain materials are forbidden on all Get Paid Solutions servers. Sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the Internet are prohibited. Examples of unacceptable content include pirated software, hacking tools, or any site that consumes more than 20% of the server's system resources. Adult or pornographic material is also prohibited. If your account is found to contain illegal activity, illegal MP3 Files, pirated software, hacking tools, or any other illegal files your account will be suspended. The proper authorities will also be notified of your actions. |

Bandwidth Usage
All plans come with a predetermined amount of bandwidth allowance. We monitor all accounts and bill $1.00 for each gigabyte of traffic exceeded.

Spamming
Spamming (sending unsolicited email) from any Get Paid Solutions server or using an E-Mail address or domain that is maintained on an Get Paid Solutions machine as reference is STRICTLY prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination if you are found to be guilty. |

Price Freeze Guarantee
Our prices may change over time, but as long as your account is in good standing (you don't owe any money or have a suspended account) your monthly, biannual, and yearly hosting fees will be the same as the day you signed up: guaranteed. |

Uptime Guarantee
Get Paid Solutions has a 99% uptime guarantee. User-incurred damages, however, are not included in the uptime guarantee. For example, we may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a case-by-case basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed. If, for some reason, a background script has caused the server to fail, this is not included in any uptime guarantee, as it is user-incurred. Hardware failures are also not covered in the uptime guarantee, but will be dealt with in a timely manner.
This uptime guarantee covers network outages. If your service is unavailable due to network downtime you are eligible for a prorated refund of 5% of your monthly fee for every 1% of the month that the network is experiencing unscheduled downtime.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of Get Paid Solutions is strictly prohibited. |

Billing
Payment for all services is required up front. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit to cover the transaction. In the event that there is insufficient credit, as a courtesy we will send an email notification at which point we will need to be provided with another credit card within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the account under that plan will be suspended. It is the client's responsibility to provide us with a valid e-mail address. |

Account Suspension
Any account suspension due to non-payment will be subject to a reactivation fee of $50.00 to be paid prior to reactivating the account. |

Cancellation Refunds
We do not refund canceled partial monthly, biannual, or yearly fees to accounts with exception to our money-back guarantee. Therefore, only prepaid full monthly, biannual, or yearly fees existing on account will be refunded. |

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion. |

Limitation of Liability
Get Paid Solutions shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages which may arise from any Get Paid Solutions server going offline or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Get Paid Solutions shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from a Get Paid Solutions server. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service. Despite Get Paid Solutions are the owner of some of the domain hosted on our servers. The liability accumulated by these sites are ultimately the responsibility of the individual site administrator. Violations of this document should be referred to abuse@getpaidsolutions.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for account suspension. |

Disclaimer
Get Paid Solutions cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if his/her site was functioning. Moreover, Get Paid Solutions holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as we see fit. |

Account Activation
By activating your account with Get Paid Solutions, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting an account activation, you are required to accept these policies and guidelines. |

Acceptable Use Policy Violations
If you sign up for an account and do not follow our terms, no refunds will be given if account cancellation occurs. We will, however, let you know by E-Mail or phone before any action is taken and you will have a chance to solve the matter. In the event you provided false contact information that chance will be forfeited. |
